SentinelX Tools is designed to run lookups without requiring an account. Request metadata may be logged temporarily for security and abuse prevention, then removed.

Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping. Infrastructure logs are rotated according to defined retention schedules.

5. Security

We apply encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, audit logging and regular reviews of our infrastructure to protect the data entrusted to us.
